Guided Fitness offers ped day activities and daycamps throughout the year for school age children. We provide dynamic and engaging activities that promote embracing a healthy and active lifestyle. Some of the activities will be centered on food, nutrition, ie fueling the body. Other activities may be all about movement, fitness and importance of physical activity, including play. Some programs will be theme, for example, a day long self defense workshop.

The next activity is:

October 14th. Thanksgiving Holiday. Not everyone has the Monday off, so we will be running our program from 8:30am to 4pm. Early and late childcare is available for an additional cost. Registration deadline is October 7th.
