FUNctional Fitness Class
FUNctional Fitness is for children 6-12 years old. It explores movement and body awareness through games and play. Classes have structured components and free play allowing kids to understand that exercise can be fun.
What to expect in a FUNctional Fitness Class
- Lots of movement, including running and crawling
- Exploration of the different planes of movement
- Games and obstacle courses
