    10 years ago today, I had my first open heart surgery and valve replacement. The valve they put in did not last but it kept my heart together for 7 years. #zipperclub Going to celebrate this anniversary by doing some cardio, even though I am sick. Movement, exercise, even cardio, is a gift!
